AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
we provide all kind of requirement and services for the Aerial Photography :
 

1. We provide Helicopter

2. We will arrange the application permit at least three weeks before

    the aerial photography session.
3. An appointment and permission letter for the responsibility of our company carrying out the

    aerial photography.
4. We need detail and particular of company staff that follow in the aerial photography (Name and IC No.)
5. The Company have to provide the map and location coordinate.
6. 100% payment for helicopter rental should be paid before flight include 50% deposit to be paid

    upon order confirmation for photographing service and another 50% payable upon job completion.

7. Minimum Charges, 2 hours flight time.

8. We will refund the balance if less hours is used in the aerial photography session.

    For example the client booking for five hours but we manage to complete the session within four

    hours, the remaining fees for one hour will be given back to the client.

DO’S & DON’TS WHEN BOARDING A HELICOPTER

A) ATTIRE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
1. Wear comfortable clothing. Loose clothing with flying ties and scarf’s must be avoided. Make sure

    all vest or jackets are zipped properly.
2. Do not wear sleepers or loose sandals. Shoe lace must be tied properly.
3. Bags must be properly zipped up and loose items must be stored away.
4. Do not bring unnecessary items into the helicopter. Items not required or bulky in size should

    be refrained.

B) OFFENCE TO LITTER
1. Do not litter inside the helicopter or throw rubbish out of the window. Instead keep litter inside

    a plastic bag and store away from the window.
2. Air-sickness bag are provided in case of emergencies.

C) COMMUNICATION
1. Do not speak and interrupt when Pilot is talking to the Tower.
2. Speak through headphone when Pilot is not talking to the Tower.
3. Ensure mike is turned away from the mouth when not talking to the Pilot.
4. Turn the mike away from the wind direction especially pax seating next to window.
5. Navigator and chief cameraman will be supplied with head seats.

D) SAFETY
1. When boarding or alighting from a helicopter, always approach from the front or side of the helicopter.   Maintain visibility with the pilot.
2. Never approach a helicopter from behind or the rear.
3. Do not stand or go near the tail rotor.
4. All passengers must be strapped up with safety belts before start-up.
5. The chief cameraman who sits near to the door (which is open), will be given an additional safety harness for his safety.

E) CAMERAMAN / PHOTOGRAPHER
1. Cameramen carrying out aerial photography are reminded to stick to the areas permitted in the PERMIT for the shooting. Areas of personal interest such as Penang Bridge, etc. are strictly not encouraged to shoot as the Observer is keeping a vigil.
2. Totally prohibited are areas such as Dams, Reservoirs, Port, Ferry Terminal, Airport, Military installation, Army camps, Barracks, Power Station, Water Treatment Plans, etc and other places as Directed by the Observer.
3. If the areas to be photographed are extensive, Cameraman should take time to inspect the areas on the ground to avoid wasting precious time and money spent locating the areas from the air.
4. Cameraman to ensure photographic equipment and accessories are fitted tightly in their camera especially lens hood, etc.

F) ACTS OF GOD - WEATHER
1. While the flight operation, handles the flight operation, it would not be responsible for any act of god such as incessant rain, haze, strong winds, poor visibility and other forms of bad weather that may hamper flight from taking place.

F) INSURANCE COVERAGE
1. Helicopter chartered are assured that the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation takes a serious view of Safety and Insurance coverage of all aircrafts and helicopters registered in Malaysia Airworthy aircrafts and helicopters are issued with current Certificates of Airworthiness.
